In August 2025, our company conducted a talk session for students at the Indonesia Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta, exploring music marketing and career development.
This activity was carried out to embody our vision of “creating innovative entertainment experiences with people worldwide,” as part of our efforts to lay the foundation for “edutainment,” which combines education and entertainment.
At Gridge, our mission is to bridge Japan and the world through music and culture. To achieve this, we need people who are fully immersed in what they do, and we believe that the vision and passion of youth worldwide will be at the heart of shaping the future of the cultural industry.
The city of Yogyakarta, where the university is located, brims with charm and is home to the UNESCO World Heritage Prambanan Temple complex as well as historic architecture and beautiful natural scenery. The city also features many art spaces, where students participate in internships and can experience culture and the arts closely.

Students from the university’s Art Management department joined the session, where we shared insights on changes in the music industry, current music marketing strategies, and the value of failure in career development, with examples from our CEO, Mr. Yabui’s experience.

In the latter half of the session, we received questions from students such as, “How did you establish your current business position?” and “How do you differentiate yourselves from other competitors?” They also participated in a discussion on “challenges you are currently taking on,” demonstrating strong proactive involvement.

During the session, students could be seen actively participating and fully engaged.
After the session, we shared a local Yogyakarta lunch with students and teachers. We exchanged additional insights from recent student life, as well as other topics that didn’t make it into the session.

This November, the “Kelola Art Festival #10 ” will be held, which is a festival of the arts organized primarily by students from the same program. We look forward to seeing their future accomplishments!
Beginning with the students who joined this session, we feel immense potential in the students and youth whose high energy we have encountered through our Gridge members traveling around the world. We endeavor to create a global system to discover, train, and hire rising talents like them.
At Gridge, we are currently seeking new team members in various roles, including contractors, full-time staff, and student interns. We also welcome inquiries from educational institutions and companies interested in collaborating with us.
